Detailed info just for booked stays

Hello, I am wondering how I can get information to renters once booked re:lock box key code, info on my properties details such as how to manage garbage, heater, home-owners visiter rights, etc.  I've been emailing an attachment seperate from Airbnb thus far which is quite inconvenient being that Airbnb blocks personal emails, cell numbers, etc.  A

Also, is there a way to send an attachment through Airbnb communication?

When someone books the place you get a temporary email for them with the reservation confirmation. You can email attachments to that address

YOu can also ask guests for their direct email address -they may or may not give it to you but I've never had anyone NOT give me their email address.  

I use the temporary anonymized email for the initial inquiry, and ask them for their private email address, and I give them mine.  I use this to send them specific details, images, etc.
