Details of COVID refunds and how to locate the transaction details

I understand that hosts must issue fill refunds for the covid crises bookings.

I have one cancellation already completed, and several more pending. 

I would like to see all the details of the cancellation I issued before issuing the rest. I can not find the transaction details anywhere. It simply says "cancelled".

Where is that information located? Any why is it so hard to find???

yes, when all this happened ... all of a sudden the cancelled numbers went to ------ 0.000  so lame, and deliberate.

Does the host still pay the service fee ? Does my guest get a full refund yet I lose the service fee?

It's very confusing. My transaction history/cancelled reservations pages are telling me completely different things. Nothing seems to be updating with the correct numbers...
