Didn't get paid

Hello, 

I didn't get paid, my guests arrived 2 days ago and I didn't receive any e-mail that Airbnb would send me money on my account.

Usulluy they send me this e-mail next day after guests arrived.

Maybe somebody knows their e-mail where I can ask them for help?

Same here I have not received my payment from last 2 months I am going to file a case against them now in ombudsmen

My guest already checked out a couple of days ago, there is no way to contact anyone, the resousce center is not help at all.

I have no payments upcoming and my reservation is markes as complete. 

Does anyone knows what is going on?

To get paid in a  reasonable length of time you must ensure that whatever method of payment is your preferred method is selected as "Default" INCLUDING (and this is super important) Including if you only have one method of payment.  It must be set as "default".  Just to make this clear - even if you have only one method of payment you must select Default from the pull down menu. 

Thank you so much for writing this. After changing the settings my payment whent through. 

I have not been paid for the last three rentals.  Should I cancel my other reservations?
