Differences in advertised prices to end price?

If I have asked for a certain monthly price but when people go to book it drops by several hundreds. why?

Hi @Kate3,

I took a look at your listing and it seems that I get the same rate as your monthly rate that you advertise when I plug in a month.  Are you putting in a full 31 days?  Anything 28 days and over is considered monthly and it averages it to a daily rate from your monthly rate meaning that each night 28 days or over is at a $118.65 CAD rate.  I am using CAD as this is my currency.

For example: Your monthly rate is $3678 CAD a month so divided by 31 days is $118.65 night.  So if I choose 28 days, the rate I would be charged is around $3322 at a $118.65 rate.  My numbers are a little out but not by much.
