Different prices for the same listing for 2 users

One with cancelation  option with higher price.

The other without cancelation  option with lower price.

We are at home in Israel and use the Airbnb app.

And one more issue, the "Total price" on the listings view (near the map) shows one price, but when i clicl on the listing that i chose i want to reserve BUT the price changes to higher price with no explanation.

The "non-refundable" option is a choice for guests, offering a discount (10%) , but then no refund when cancelled.

The first price is based on this : 2370,- minus 10% (237,-) = 2133 + cleaning fee (754,-) = 2887,-

The second price is with cancellation policy attached : 2370,- + cleaning fee = 3124,-
