Difficulty accessing platform

 

Im having bother accessing the platform.

Ive had a few messages but for some mad reason the Airbnb site won’t let me continue

Have you tried the usual log out and clear cache?

How long has it been like that for?
Is it on your listing only? Or here in CC to?

I'll tag in @Lizzie and @Catherine-Powell who hopefully will pick up on these maddening challenges and try help you out to get back up and running again

Lovely to see you back in the Community Center @Victoria1297. I'm sorry to hear you are having a few difficulties with the platform. To mirror Helen's questions here, are you referring to accessing the Community Center or Airbnb? This way we can try and narrow down what's going on and hopefully help.
