Dimension of a room by befinition

Dear airbnb,

I would like to ask your help regarding an exact definition of a room with special regard to dimension. My problem is that a place was advertised/offered as a room but it is only approx. 3.5m X 2m and the high of it is more under 1.7m. It has no window and no door. The other room is a good size in dimension but has no door. I feel these conditions not realy deffine a place as a room. Before I complain I would like to be certain about my truth.

its sounds like a broom closet to me, but they usually have a door, I'm sure if the price is right someone with limited means will book it.

Remember the original Airbnb started out renting floor space in common areas using air mattresses!
