Dirty unsuitable apartment what to do tonight?

Hi guys I've just arrived in Warsaw in an apartment for 6 people. There are bugs on the walls, dirty stains on all the beds and unsuitable linen. I woudn't put a prisoner here.

In terms of what I do next - if I contact my host and tell them it's unsuitbale and I'm not staying will be I be eligible for a full refund?

What I would like to do is take everyone out and get some proper accommodation but I'm worried I'll lose the £225 for the 5 nights I've paid for.

I would cancel through Airbnb and explain why.

If you cancel through Airbnb's website you will automatically get the refund owing you as per the host's cancellation policy.

To get a full refund you should take lots of photos and submit them to Airbnb, and you should get a full refund.  You don't need to contact the host to start this process.
