Disappearance of List View from all Wish Lists

I use List View on my various wish lists to compare total pricing, add notes, etc prior to booking.  Unfortunately I needed to look at the Map View for a wish list and once selecting that view lost the ability to switch back to List View.  Of course, I then also lost the ability to see my notes on each listing & compare total pricing. 

This was applied globally to all of my lists & across Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers.  Tried deleting history, cookies, cache, restarting computer and even logging in to my account using a friend's computer.  Still only map view available.

Help!
