Dissapointed in the Airbnb Referral Payout System

about 2 months ago,i sent my friend a referral link to Airbnb for him to host guests,but after he received one of his guest whose booking was more than $100 excluding other fees(according to Airbnb terms and conditions for referral program),i have not received my referral payout even though you guys are telling me i will receive my payout within 15 business days.What might be the problem since its now about a month after the guest finished his stay{That Was about a month ago}and all the customer care is telling me that i keep waiting.Will this go for a year....}
