Do I have access to Airbnb guest account?

Hello All, I'm new to Airbnb and confirmed my first reservation. My future guest asked me the following question.

"I am just wondering if a balance remains for our stay and if so what is the total and would it be ok to pay it now?" 

I'm not able to find an answer to their question and I was wondering if it is even possible for me to know this information?

Hi @Julie-and-Jim0,

Airbnb charges the full amount to the guest when they book so no there should not be a balance on the guest's account.
