Do I ignore wide open windows on a snowy day?

I’d like some input on writing a review for a recent guest. The guests themselves were ok. One smoked bc I saw her hanging across the street puffing away before getting in their car. I have a no smoking on the property rule, so she basically stood in my neighbors driveway, at least the day I saw her. However, the morning of checkout they left around 5 am to catch an early flight. I went up around 8 am to strip the bed and discovered the kitchen window wide open, like a good foot or better. It was 28 degrees and snowing. ( Mother Nature’s April Fool!) The living room window had been open bc they didn’t put the storm back down as had the bedroom window. I assume it was bc they/ she had been smoking, although I couldn’t smell it...I don’t have a great nose but if that’s what they were doing, airing it out, it worked. There is a thermostat up there set at 67, so if they were warm they could easily turn it down. Of course I don’t do regular walks around the property to check if the windows are up in the winter or bad weather. I don’t know, maybe I should. Obviously keeping windows appropriately shut in inclement weather is not in my rules but come on, do I actually have to put it in writing? For all I know it was open longer than a few hours, how would I know. So how do I handle this? I can’t ding her for a rules thing bc I didn’t see her smoking. Do I leave it out of her review and address her privately? Do I leave it as I wouldn’t host her again bc now I certainly don’t trust her. How do I handle a lack of respect for my property? Thank you for your input.
