Do I need to refund a guest if I accept their reservation change request?
A guest who already begun his stay requested a change to the reservation to leave a day earlier. I accepted the change, but I don't know if I need to initiate a refund or if it is automstically done via airbnb. If I need to do this manually, how do I do that?
I suggest you to check your transaction history (see also: future transactions). It's an option in your account. You can see there exactly how the payment regarding this reservation is (or will be) handled.
