Do you have a separate department that manages long-term apartment rentals?

I found an apartment listing on Craigslist and they say they are doing it through "Airbnb's Reservation Team" which according to the emails we are exchanging, is separate from the regular listings. When I ask to see the listing through Airbnb, they say it's not listed there because it's separate. Can you verify that this is true, and that this is not a scam?

@Mj44   SCAM. Airbnb does not have a "dept." like this, they don't meet you and give you keys or show you the place beforehand. And real Airbnb hosts take bookings through the platform- email addresses and phone numbers of guests and hosts are hidden until a booking is confirmed.
