Does Airbnb Friendly Buildings program still exist?

I'm an officer in a condo HOA. Our HOA currently doesn't allow STRs, but people operate them anyway. We are looking to find information about how to allow STRs in a manner that is more transparent than what is happening now and is respectful of the people who live in our building. There are 15 condos and they are individually owned. I thought the Airbnb Friendly Buildings program might have some resources, but I everything I find about it is at least 3 year old information. I'm aware of the multifamily hosting, but we are not a "real estate partner" or "multifamily operator," so I don't think it totally applies to us or is what we are looking for.

 

So, does Airbnb Friendly Buildings program still exist? Or can you point me to other resources that might be helpful to us?
