Hosts:

For liability they do in certain jurisdictions. For property damage they do not but have some protection that is not proper insurance.

Guests:

Not really

@Karen3335 But don't believe the propaganda. Airbnb Guest Aircover advertises that if a host cancels a reservation Airbnb may (or may not) find alternative accommodation and will refund the guests money if (when) they can't.. I don't know of any jurisdiction in the world where this is not a legal requirement anyway hence my point that there is little true cover here.
