Dear Jeanetta (Airbnb), I was under the impression that the remaining funds due to you would be debted from my account 1 December 2017. I don’t have any money now and will not in 3 days, but will again when I get paid. Could you please adjust the automatic payment to debit my account 1 December? Otherwise, you’ll not get your money.

@Jeanetta0 Kindly advise the guest that you don’t handle any of the payments. Tell them Airbnb handles all of the financial details and makes the decision on payments. Do not adjust or cancel anything. Good luck .

@Jeanetta0 Call CS right away. Normally all payments are completely made at time of booking the reservation. It would be odd if she had a reservation but hadn’t paid. Find out. & then get CS to cancel and get your calendar cleared if she hasn’t paid. She shouldn’t be holding space in your calendar without paying first.
