Does anyone out there ever have trouble trying to send a special offer to guests?

Making a special offer. 

Does anyone ever have trouble doing this? I 've been on touch with the support centre with no success !

Only recently as I think there is a technical bug in their app! But worst case you can call Airbnb and they will fix this on their end!

Thanks Yadira. I've been in contact with Air's support team but the problem hasn't been resolved. Very disappointing.

@Mairi5The first time I sent a special offer it took me forever to figure out why the pricing was not correct. I eventually twigged to the fact that it shows in USD, then (iirc), the guest's total shows in my currency. If I hadn't been somewhat aware of the exchange rate I'd probably STILL be trying to figure it out.
