Double listing for peak and off-season

I have two Airstreams campers I rent in the summer. However, I want to set them up for winter camping since we live next to a national park that is popular with snowshoers and x-country skiers. I'd like to create duplicate listings since the terms and conditions will be different summer and winter. I can't seem to find anyone that has done this and would like to better understand if this works well or not? What are the pros/cons of having two listings for one unit? (The idea is I'd block out the summer calendar on the winter listing and block out the winter calendar on the summer listing)

Thank you.

@Timothy18  I think this is a fairly common thing to do. (If you take a look at my listings you will see an example.)

Hmmm. Not sure if I was clear. Linking calendars isn't the issue as much as when people book in the winter, it's the same Airstream, but the terms, conditions will be completely different.  For example in the winter there would be no running water and an outside porta-potty. Make sense. So I'm wondering if I don't just list them as completely different listings, one available as the "Winter Camp" option during freezing weather and the other simply as I do now only during warm weather where there's running water, shower, operational toilet etc.

@Timothy18 you were clear, and you can accomplish what you want with this feature. You would have two completely different listings, linked so that a booking on one blocks booking on the other. You wouldn't have to manually block/sync the calendars, but if you prefer to do it that way, of course you can.
