Drastic fall in bookings

So I've been hosting for over 3 years.  First two stuck to Airbnb only and had great success.  Now in the last 12 months the bookings have dropped significantly and Ive had to use another site to maintain the occupany levels.  So far this year 2019 I've had 5 bookings? Airbnb keep suggesting to lower my rates compared to competitiors but the nightly price is so low its not realistic.  I know Edinburgh is probably a saturated market but I'm still getting bookings on the other site without lowering the price.

I'm superhost and have maintained that for several quarters,  have 5 star reviews.  Apart from dropping the price does anyone have any suggestions to increase bookings.
