Drop down box not working - Cancel reservation

Good day. I am trying to cancel my only active reservation.  When I go to the Cancel Reservation page, the "Please select a reason" drop-down box does not work. Therefore I cannot go forward and cancel my reservation. I have disabled all add-ons and tried two different browsers and still cannot go forward to cancel the reservation. Respectfully request some assistance. Thank you in advance. =Tim=

We are a selection of primarily hosts active on this forum and therefore have no access to your account details etc. 

The only thing I could suggest is to clean your cache, try it on other devices etc (which I imagine you have already done so). Get into contact with Airbnb, apparently via twitter it is best.
