Early Booking Discount

AirBnB should have a clear verbiage regarding early booking discounts. When I reserved a cabin in Big Bear for March 2020, it gave me an option to book within 48 hrs to get a 20% discount. Found out this is not the case. It depends on what the property owners/managers offer.
