Editing address & description

Im really struggling to edit my listing, first the post code keep adjusting itself, and the property comes up on the wrong road, i have been in and tried to edit it, i put the correct post code in, but it says no address for that post code, which of course is wrong, and it adjusts itself back to the wrong code, grrrr, also i wanted to list it as a entire quest suite, but it comes up as entire house, i have tried and tried, but im failing to adjust my listing, i have emailed Airbnb but no one replies, can any kind member give me some tips for a struggling newbie.

@Margaret289 It use to be pretty simple but they keep making it more and more difficult to get in touch.

The picture below tells you what info airbnb will need to alter the address, send it through the message box or phone them, use this link and choose "something else"
