Email sent to guests about UK travel restrictions and flexible cancellation policy. No equivalent notification sent to hosts.

I have a guest who arrived before the UK Government policy changed on non essential travel.  She today received an email from Airbnb advising her of the policy with a link to flexible cancellation options.  She is not sure if she is supposed to cancel and return home or stay put.  It appears these emails may be being sent to guests only as I have not received any similar notification.  Airbnb phone lines are closed so I can't find out anything.
