Emails to guests via AirBNB email relay is not working

Hi - have been a host for 4 years.  

 

For the past month, emails I send to guests (via the AirBNB email anonymizer/relay) are not going through.  Has now happened with 5 consecutive guests. Big issue when guests don't get timely info like alarm codes and lockbox codes (that change frequently etc)

 

Is there a problem ?   (I think that there is...)

I find that those emails very often land in guests’ spam folders so I always send from the Airbnb site/app.

@Ben99  What I do when I use that Airbnb coded email addess is to follow it up right away with a platform message, advising that I've sent it, what is in the subject line, asking them to check their Spam if they don't see it in their Inbox, and to confirm to me that they received it.

I have exactly the same problems, emails not going through at all. I have been a host since 2015 this has never happened before. I raised multiple requests with air b and b but to no avail. It really makes the process more cumbersome. Having to contact guests multiple times, to check whether they have received directions etc.
