Emma's booking at Chalet Pierre 8th - 9th December

Hello

I have still not received payment from Emma who stayed in my chalet for the week end 8th /9th December.

She says she has been in touch to sort out the problem but nothing has happened. She says she talked to you on Tuesday 12th December.

Please can you let me know what is being done to solve the problem. I have received an email saying you have not been able to contact her since 14th December. 

I text her 2 days ago and she promised to sort the problem out. It is difficult for me to sort this problem out as I am travelling in Australia until 28th December. I am very worried. Please advise.

We are all hosts on the forum and can't help with payment problems.

When you became a superhost you were given a fast track phone number, ring it for a quick response.

Fingers crossed you get your payment

I’m a first time host and I was under the impression that hosts always are guaranteed payment within 24 hours of guest arrival. Am I wrong?
