Our listing of 5 years has disappeared and despite 2 weeks of phone calls with Air B&B still not resolved and we have had no bookings since December. Frustrated is an understatment, passed to a different rep each time who doesnt have any history of the conversation before. They say they have messaged us through the message centre but NO message - WHAT SHOULD ONE DO, am tearing my hair out!!!
@Francesca932 you are right, your listings are not active. Can you still edit them?
Some hosts reported they were delisted, no explanation, no reason and they were not informed about it at all.
Try to publish new listing and see what will happend. If Airbnb delisted you intentionaly then your new listing will also be delisted within a few days.
Yes we can still edit them. I just dont understand why nobody from Air B&B is sorting this out, they used to be so helpful but everyone I have spoken to seems completely clueless. We have lost 4 months of reservations due to this, NOT IMPRESSED
I have also just duplicated my listing and still not showing. Does anyone from Air B&B check this and reply ?
No, nobody from ABB monitors this forum, we are just hosts like you.
If you duplicated your listing and it is still not showing (and you set it as "active") then, unfortunately, you are delisted for some reason. Airbnb can do that and don't owe you an explanation. If you push it hard enough they will just tell you that you have broken their TOS but will not tell you which rules and it doesn't have to be the truth.
Unfortunately, there were other super hosts who were delisted without any reason or explanation, you are not the only one 😞
What you can do is to check if in your area is mandatory to get a license for STR, or if STR is restricted to few months per year. If so then this could be the reason.
