Events versus actual overnight stays.
I recently booked a reservation for someone who said there were 4 to 7 adults staying at my vacation home. However, they ended having an event of sorts whereas cars and more people started showing up on Friday and Saturday. Apparently this was considered an alumni weekend but I never agreed to an event to be held. The person made it right and gave me extra money, but I need to know how to keep event versus and overnight stays separate. How much for an event such as this plus the charge per night for overnight stay. Anyone come across this dilemma? Your advise would greatly be appreciated.
