If you are in California May 29, 2022 @@ 8:45am or zoom into the Short - term and Long - Term property discussions regarding whether or not Riverside County California will allow Rentals by Owners or Rentals by Property Management everyone needs to speak their voice in favor to save Short-term rentals to owners and or property managers instead of only allowing motels, hotels, to rent to guests.

Some Cities inside Riverside County:

Menifee, Sun City, Murrieta, Temecula, De Luz, Perris, Morongo Valley, Riverside, Agounga, Anza, San Jacinto, Hemet, Winchester, Temecula Wine Country, Beaumont, Banning, Desert Hot Springs, Indio, Indio Hills, La Quinta, Cathedral City, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Coachella, Thermal, Oasis, Salton Sea, Ocotillo Wells, Bermuda Dunes, Thousand Palms, Pinyon Hills, Royal Carizo, Pinyon Pines, Idlewild, Alpine, Mountain Center, Garner Valley, Lake Riverside Estates, etc.

Steven Jones inside Riverside County is in charge of the Short-term and Long term rentals division he is whom you need to write letters to

Steven Jones in Riverside County is whom all letters and emails are supposed to go to as in 2022 they Riverside County is still discussing what to do with Short-term Rentals and rentals in general.

Riverside county board of supervisors voted on 25 Oct 2022 to extend the moratorium on STR permits in the Temecula Valley wine country district until Sept 2023. I spoke with Cindy, who is the contractor for Riverside county tasked with issuing STR permits. Cindy's direction is the county will not re-issue the permit in our (the owner's) name until Sept 2023.  This is necessary for us as our management company informed me that they no longer want to manage for us as of Dec 1 and the permit is in the management company's name. Is anyone else dealing with similar issues?
