Hi -

I lived in Mexico City many years ago - now I have an Air bnb in New Orleans as does my friend

Rita.  I would like to take her to DF and have a question.  I know the smog is better some parts of the year

than other parts - I think it is the cooler months.  But I want to ask somebody who lives there.

When is the best time to go re: smog?
