Extension, cancellation and refund of a stay.

Hi everyone.

This is the first time I use airbnb and I would like to know more about this feature.

I've already booked a stay of one month under the following policy:

"If the guest books a long term reservation and decides to cancel the reservation before the start date, the first month of the reservation is paid to the host in full and not refunded to the guest."

I would like to extend my stay for one more month, but I want to know how the policy applies under this case. Specifically, if later I want to undo my extension and just stay only one month, do I have a full refund? I would undo my extension, more than before 24 hours of my arrival.
