Extra people and not the person who reserved

Hi i have 14 guests arriving with a reservation not on their name. This ckndo rules dies not accept more than 11 in this condo. 

So i cant accept this people and the oerson who reserved didnt showed. 

How do i camcel this without affecting as they reserved 10 and they are 14. I cant brake condo rules. And the oerson for reservation is not here

if the person who booked is not in the group that arrived then it is a third party booking and it's not allowed at Airbnb

If more people show then booked then you are not obligated to check them  in.
