Finding Interested Airbnb buyers/sellers

I'm moving to Arizona and I have an Airbnb in Oregon that I'm looking to sell. Great returns in a hot market.  Is there a platform that anyone knows about to buy/sell vacation property exchange? I want to sell it furnished and as an investment property instead of to a traditional home buyer. Any ideas out there?

What a great idea to have some kind of an exchange or some way to learn about successful Airbnb properties on the market.  We have a 2/b, 2/b Airbnb property in North Miami.  The city has restricted short term rentals in the area to 90 days or longer (or 4 tenants per year), but the property has still maintained 90% occupancy.  We are now planning to sell and would love to buy a waterfront condo somewhere which could be rented through Airbnb.  We just don't know where to look for such a property.
