Finding a property in Orlando close to Disneyworld

Hi,

I am looking for a property to buy in the Orlando area to rent as an Airbnb. 

The idea is to cater it to tourists going to Disneyworld. What would the closest area to Disney to look for a property?

My budget is pretty small so I'd need something in a safe area, but that is affordable.

Presuming you have checked local government requirements around STRs to make sure it's legal to let in the area you are interested in and of course the local HOA.

What makes you think that would be a good idea. There is already a glut of hotels and short term rentals in the orlando area. A different part of Florida may be a better bet.
