Finding property manager in Pensacola Florida?

My father used to manage a small property as a rental and has since let it go. What is a good way to find a property manger to take care of this and host it?

@Roman156 maybe look at other properties in your area that have great reviews and a local co-host, and contact that person?

I agree with @Lisa723 and also you could put an add in the local paper or community bulletin board for a manager or ever just a caretaker for the property
