First time listing question

Hi, dear community members. I am curious about your opinion.

So I offered a discount to guest for her next stay (which was personal message to her) and she went ahead and wrote about this in review.

I am not happy with. Would this review be violating content policies as she shared some private information. I believe it should be violating privacy rights. What do you think?

the best would be to contact Airbnb and ask them to remove this review  . They can do it

I know they can't but most of the time case managers are not interested in doing that 🙂 thats why I want to comply with policies.
