Flexible dates for more booking- Travelers could see ALL listings

Owners- Please ask Air BnB to add the option for travellers to utilise a "flexible dates" field to see all the properties available in an area. If you as the owner have a special house, perhaps the traveller would reschedule their dates so they could stay there- if they only could see the listing in the first place. Many bookings are missed because of the limiting perameters of the restrictive date search.

guests can see all listings if they simply search without dates selected. 

Then they can open the listing they like and click on the calender to select dates . By doing so the calendar will open and show what dates are available and what dates are not.

But now it's March and all dates in July and August are almost fully booked. So this means it's frustrating to open all listings and see that 95 procent of the dates are already booked. That's why the question of Lee is very valuable. I have the same frustration because we want to book late in the season. We just want to leave in July and August for one week, but it takes too much time to search.
So it would be really nice to have an option for 'flexible dates' within the 'dates' search field.

To add to that, prices varies a lot from season to season, so if you are looking to in July and your are searching in March, you will get the March prices. You then need to go to every offers and see the price for each at that moment... a tidy task. This is the best feature that could be added right now (apart from a way to reach guests that has left feedback so you can ask them question... like we see on tripadvisor).

I agree with Peter, I also find this way of searching extremely frustrating. There is a web site that seems to have taken care of that already, but as far as I can tell they only have properties from HomeAway so far. I hope they will add AirBnB to their portfolio soon. It's called www.flexibletravellersonly.de

Hey guys. Had the same issue. Really surprised why AirBnB still does not implement this extremely useful feature.

I've just released it to the public. So, sorry if any bugs.
It has a restriction in 200 listings per search for now (it's experimental, don't want to flood Airbnb's servers). Will be grateful for any feedback.

It would have been even cooler with others filters i.e.: entire place/room, amenities (Air conditioning), maybe rating
