Follow up documents I have to provide customers

Hey, I rent a remote cabin and campsite. Both are off-grid, so I provided a pretty in depth "Things to Know, Things to bring" document and a written directions page, because GPS and cell phones don't work when you get close to my place. My quests are counciled to print both and bring hard copies. Having their email is critical in passing on this information.

 

My question is -  You don't like emails being exchanged. You also don't have a place to post these documents and they are too important to just assume they will read them on your site.

 

Any suggestions as to how to get to them other then snail mail, which would be impossible! I know we all like technology, but a remote cabin in in the woods requires a bit of a paper trail.

You can sent documents to guests once the reservation is confirmed, either by the message system or by email, but then first read this:
