I'm searching for a flat to rent for long duration in Portugal. I received an e-mail with description and photos of a flat (i don't from from there owner had my e-mail) with note that owner would like to use airbnb to conclude the payment. Here it goes his e-mail. How can I protect myself from a fraud? Thank you!

Let me explain you the process on Airbnb step by step for a better understanding:
- I will list the property on Airbnb for € 500 per month with a minimum rental period of 1 month. The rental contract must be made
for at least 1 month - up to 3 years.
- You will have to pay 2 months deposit ( € 1.000 ) to Airbnb in order to confirm your booking. This 2 months deposit covers ( 1 month
of rent + 1 month security deposit ) . You will receive the security deposit back at the end of the contract .
- After you will complete the booking online on Airbnb your deposit will be in their secure system. In case there is something that you
do not like, you can have a full refund in the same day, but I assure you that the property is very beautiful and clean;
- Viewing before booking is not possible since I'm not in Portugal , but once you confirm the booking on Airbnb i'll come in person to
give you the keys and to make the contract .
I'm able to send you the listing with my property on Airbnb if you're interested to make the booking .
