Free parking on premises

I've been talking to a host and figure it out that the "Free Parking on Premises" she mentioned is actually on the street, and I'll need to move my car every morning during my stay due to that. Can I get a full refund (even though the refund policy only allows only 50%) based on the incorrect announce?

What is suggested in this case? I really wanted to look for other place, but I need all the money back.

By the way, she tried to change the policy to full refund, but I couldn't use the new policy to get it. Is there any option where no one loses anything? I don't see why I should be stuck to a contract till the check in if I find something wrong before.

Sounds like the issue is ABB fees, so you would need to speak to them.

Roberto, how did AirBnB resolve this issue, please?
