Full refund problem

Hi, I recently had 2 client who asked a full refund from Airbnb without telling me anything and they said it was si to a  property issue, but I went to the appartment and they apparently stayed there anyway, and had a full refund by Airbnb! I tried to reach the Airbnb community center but no answer.. what can I do with this?

Sorry to hear about that situation.

The Community Center is a place for Hosts to connect and support each other.


To get help regarding the refund you mentioned, you need to get in touch with the Support team. They'll be able to look into it for you.
