Hello @Tootie2,

Log in and click on "Help" and then type "contact airbnb" in the "Ask a question ..." box. Then click on the "I want to contact Airbnb" link.
Then click on the "Contact page" link near the end of the page.

You can also type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.

@Tootie2 - unfortunately Airbnb does not set up your payout method, you do.  If you haven't added one already, here is the link how: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/54/how-do-i-edit-or-change-my-payout-method

Here's how to check if your payout method is ready: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/106/how-do-i-know-if-my-payout-method-is-ready

Since you are new to Airbnb, you may not realize when you get paid: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/425/when-will-i-get-my-payout

Here is where you can see your payout information: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/304/where-do-i-find-my-payout-information

After reviewing your listing, the way it is set up, the booking guests (up to 13 total people) would get all 6 bedrooms and 6.5baths  for a total of $95, which I don't think is what you expect.  If you want to rent each room for $95/night, you need to set up 6 (or more) listings.  And the link to your website has been blocked - Airbnb won't allow you to link to it from their site and when I go to your site, the rooms are listed at $100-$150 each, each night.  You may find that you are being required to decline reservation requests which will hurt you in search results.

Thank you for the wonderful links.  I did perform all of them. Twice.  THe message I get in return is that I will be notified from  within 5 business days for VERIFICATION.  That never came.  Is there phone number I can call? That seems to be the whole problem with Air BnB, nobody to talk to.

Also your suggestions on setting up my listing are noted. I noticed that too. Still trying to figure out the bugs.

Cheers

I am totally dissapointed with the service I am receiving, Firstly your operator will cut off phone when I required information, this is unprofessional, the two advisors I spoke to today Cut the phones off.

My question it being more 20days and I have not received my hosting funds and when I called to ask what is going on I will get no answer Oder than your account have issue, issues you can’t explain to me.

Two weeks ago one of Airbnb adviser said we can’t credit your account because your bank is not accepting funds but to my suprise Airbnb is taking money out of my bank?? Why why why.

Everytime I called the response I get is someone will call you back and no will, I must have called over 25 times.

I used booking.com & home and away the customer service is first class but Airbnb is below my expectations.

Get more qualified individuals to work for you.

I will have to cancel all my December bookings because I have not received any penny for November.

If I don’t receive my Asap I will pay for a News feed to share my experience.

Thanks,

Francis

@Francis88 - no one from Airbnb monitors this site so your threats to cancel and go to the media are not being heard.  We are mostly just other hosts here.

Airbnb cannot take money from your bank account.  If you are saying that they limited your payment because of the cancellation or due to refunds, that may be true.  It might also be that your outpayments are larger than your income.  It's difficult to tell.

You are likely to be dropped by Airbnb if your reviews do not come up - being less than 3 stars for any length of time will definitely hurt you.

This is the closest thread I can find to help answer a question I have.  I'm hoping someone here might be able to assist.  I understand the payout system and I "should" recieve payment for my first booking in a couple of weeks HOWEVER, my guest added a payment for her pet so I have a separate and additional payment I don't know how to receive as it does not show up in the total.

I received this message 2 weeks ago but it doesn't show how or when this will be paid out to me.

Holly sent you $100.00
$100 pet fee

Does anyone know how additional funds are paid out?

Thank you.  Merry Christmas!

It will be paid to the same payment method you have for regular payments, @Audrey169.  So if you have set up for direct deposit to your bank account, it will go straight there.  You can see these payments in the Resolution Center.  It will also be in your Transaction History.  You can read more about both of those items in the Help Center.

My payments are being delayed more and more. When I call I can't get a straight answer. I've been a superhost and I have been with Airbnb since 2012. I need my payments asap. I bought the house that I was renting. Now I need to get my bills payed.Deadlines are fast approching, help !

@Luisa157, what do you mean your payments are getting delayed? Does AirBnB not release them a day after guest check-in for you any more?

Or is it a delay because of whatever form of payment is being used?

Very similar situation here. Not happy.  More than €7000 overdue blaming financial regulations

Same here. AirBnB SAYS they've issued a payment, but then it doesn't arrive for 5-6 days later. I'm considering another site. Any experience with HomeAway?

Sometimes my transaction page says the payment has been released, but it might take a few days to appear in my bank account. More if it falls over a weekend.

But often I have the opposite- my transaction page says processing for days after the funds have actually appeared in my bank account.

Maybe when Airbnb's bottom line is looking bad, they hold onto host payments to collect a few more days interest? Wouldn't put it past them.

This is the worst company I've had to deal with. Their practices are so dubious and the personnel utterly incompetent!
They hold your money and then you have to chase them, just to be told you owe an alleged debt that was never raised as a concern on their part.
Very poor work ethic. I strongly discourage dealing with these crooks!
