Greater Exposure

We are a new Air BNB.  I had a friend specifically look for us and she could not find our listing on this site.  I have 3 bookings so someone sees us, however, it appears that we are not very visable.  How do we increase our visability?

Also, how do we reach someone to talk to in this company?  I watched the video, but I do not see a telephone number on the site?

Hi My husband and I have the same issues as you. We cannot find our property, but someone is to make bookings and there seems to be no way of contacting AirBnB to discuss this ! Hopefully we see a response soon !! Thanks for raising this. Michele and Dave
