Grocery Pack Food Accommodation? Please read and share your thoughts!

Hello. Previously I started a discussion about providing food for my guest before there arrival. Some people had mentioned that they would put together an (optional)  grocery pack and charged a fee.

Has anyone done this in the past? If so, did you allow the guest to make specific requests and then charge them accordingly? Or did you just buy the basics for them with a flat fee? How did you go about the process and did many guest take you up on the offer? 

I want to hear other peoples past experiences, so please share your thoughts!
