Guest asking how does she book

Hello, help I am new at hosting and need some advice asap. I have had a few guests stay in one of my rooms from overseas without a problem. But now have a guest from China wanting to stay 2 months which is fine by me at a price we agreed on. Now she asks me how does she book?.

So what do I say to her, any help would be highly appreciated as she wants the room by August the 1st. cheers.

Have her book the dates she wants and make her a special offer for the amount you agreed on

she has to send in her request with airbnb.
