Guest came day later but he will stay number of days like in reservations.

To ensure all payments are made correctly, use the "change reservation" function to reflect the actual days the guest is staying.  If he has already checked in, he has already been charged for the dates on the reservation and you will not be paid for any additional days not in the confirmation.  

Make sure all the dates match the actual stay.  Do not go outside of Airbnb if you expect to be paid correctly.

Of course you can still change the reservation.

Even till the day a guest leaves.

Important to change it so that you are still properly covered by Airbnb on the extra day.
