Guest can't leave a rating - Airbnb Community

Guest can't leave a rating

I have just opened our Airbnb - so new to hosting. Our first guest left two day's ago. He contacted me to let me know that he can't leave a rating as there is an error message saying he is not permitted and does not have access. Does anyone know why this might be happening?
