Guest cancelled 15 day stay less than 24 hours before check in time

I had a booking that was cancelled 19 hours prior to check in.

The value of the 15 day, booking less fees, was to be $1463.

Air BnB are paying me $98.48 - one day rate - which seems too small a share of the total amount considering the short notice.

My cancelleation policy is Moderate but I can't recall when I changed it from Flexible to Moderate. I have gone through my emails to see if I can find when I updated the listing but the emails don't show this detail.

How can I check the cancellation policy in place for this specific booking that was made 2 July?

If it was Moderate how do I get in touch with Air BnB to question the low payout?

Help much appreciated.

You can check the full itinerary, @Jackie152:

Go to your hosting dashboard https://www.airbnb.com/hosting and scroll down and then hover over the place I circled:

And once you click that, you should be able to check the policy for a particular reservation. It can be done on an active reservation. I am not sure what about cancelled ones because I don't have any. But you might compare with other bookings made at the same time.

@Jackie152  I looked at a cancelled reservation to look for what @Marzena4 had pointed out and found that you cannot see the cancellation policy when the reservation is in cancelled status.  @Marzena4 suggestion that you look at reservations booked around the same time in your message box is a good one as you can see the cancellation policy on confirmed/accepted reservations even if in the past.

You can get the same window (my second screenshot) once you click the number of a past reservation (mix of letters and numbers)  in the transaction history, @Jackie152 @Linda108 - it will give you, Jackie, more for comparison.

Thank You @Marzena4 and @Linda108 your advice was very helpful

I see I have a mix of cancellation policy depending on when guests booked which is concerning for the future as I have other long stays that have Flexible cancellation and you can't change this once the booking is made.
