Guest cancelled but host didnot get paid

My guest VANI has cancelled his confirmation of KQDN38 2 days before arrival while i have a strict cancellation policy. And he changed his mind 6 times about his stay where i lost other guests from housetrip.com and others. Why i am not paid? At least one night stay? Why this wrong decision without referring to me as host? Rgds

From what you say, unless there were extenuating circumstances, you should have been paid within the terms you have set for a strict cancellation. Has BnB told you, you will not be paid?

 

Normally you receive payment within two days of the dates the guest would have stayed. If this has already past,  have you contacted BnB directly to see what has happened?
