Guest cancelled the booking on the day of check in
Hi i have a question, what happened with the payment after the guest cancelled the booking on the day of check in? How does the payment of the booking go? Do i still receive the payment or does Airbnb keep the payment? I have chose strict cancelletion policy.
You should be paid according to your cancellation policy. If you have a "flexible" policy, then you will be paid for the first night, as all the other days are more than 24 hours after the cancellation. If you have moderate, you will be paid for 5 days (everything else is more than 5 days after the cancellation), etc.
Thank you so much for the answer of this issue, but the booking was on April and I still didn't got the payment. It's still in future payments. Is something that went wrong?
